The Annual 3D Printing and Biofabrication Workshop organized by CECT and Fischell Department of Bioengineering at the University of Maryland comprises of a series of talks given by experts and active researchers in the field of 3D printing and bioprinting. The workshop is designed to introduce interested researchers across all levels - undergraduates, graduates, post docs, scientists - to the fundamental concepts of 3D printing. It also exposes attendees to more advanced applications of 3D printing in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine.

The 2020 Annual workshop will be held on Friday, November 13, from 12pm - 4pm ET. This year we have invited guest speakers Dr. Adam Feinberg from Carnegie Mellon University and Dr. Richard Hanna from AstraZeneca to provide their unique perspectives on the applications of 3D printing and bioprinting. Due to COVID-19 health concerns, the workshop has been moved to a virtual format. This means we're inviting anyone who is interested in biofabrication to attend this free web-based workshop. All researchers, students, faculty, and staff members of your institutions are invited to attend. However, we will be limited to a maximum number of 250 attendees, so registration will be limited.
